Customer Service of the Year Winners!

On Friday night Barracloughs attended the 2018 Eastbourne Business Awards. Attendees of the ceremony were businesses who had all achieved excellence within their field. All kinds of industries and goals, whether in growth, innovation, contribution to the community or pioneering new markets. We were honoured to be surrounded by such great teams and overjoyed to be awarded Customer Service of the Year Award on the night!

Since day one, back in 1957, we have aimed to show what a true independent business is all about - giving you, the customer, the time you deserve along with memorable and personal service. We value everybody who walks through our door and provide the very best when it comes to offering eye care for any generation. Our customer feedback portal receives hundreds of glowing reviews every single week and for that we thank you. It's your kind words that motivate us to continue and to improve on what we already do to make your visit as perfect as possible, as well as any aftercare service.

Amongst those reviews we so often hear that what you love about Barracloughs is being treated as an individual, not like an item on a conveyor belt as experienced at some other opticians. Treating you as an individual will always be a large part of the Barracloughs ethos.
